About RepairTech

We've built software for computer repair shops since 2011. Today we make two products for them: TechSuite, and Lantern.

Our story

We started RepairTech in 2011 with a simple goal: help IT professionals repair computers faster, more consistently, and with less repetitive work.

Out of countless conversations with repair shops, MSPs, and IT departments around the world, we built TechSuite, a toolkit that automates the boring parts of computer repair so technicians can focus on solving problems for their clients.

Over the years, TechSuite became trusted by hundreds of repair shops and MSPs worldwide, from small-town shops to enterprise IT teams. It earned a reputation as one of the most reliable, time-saving tools in the industry.

A full-circle moment

After merging RepairTech into RepairShopr and helping build Syncro into a global platform, we re-acquired TechSuite. Bringing it back under our care is more than nostalgia. It’s a chance to modernize the product while keeping the same focus it’s always had: saving technicians time and delivering polished results for their clients.

Today, RepairTech lives inside Sacramento Labs, our evergreen software company. Sacramento Labs exists to build durable, profitable products for niche industries: software designed to last, not chase trends.

What’s next: Lantern

TechSuite helps you on the bench. But the relationship with a customer doesn’t end when their computer goes home, and too often the next time they need help, they don’t think to call you.

So we built Lantern: a small app with your shop’s name on it that stays on the computer after the repair, watches for the problems that turn into repairs, and puts your shop one click away when it finds one. Lantern finds the problems. Your shop gets the call.
